I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After retiring from the education system, I started a private practice where I work with adult clients facing a variety of life challenges. I have experience and a particular interest in caregiving issues, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to walk side by side with my clients who may be feeling uncertain and stuck due to life events. Helping my clients feel hopeful and optimistic about the future is the first step in healing. I believe the therapist/client relationship is a crucial element in therapy. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment as we explore this journey together.
