Hello, I'm Matthew. The human experience is not monolithic. We all experience trauma, pain, and hardship differently. The uniqueness of our personalities means that often, the way we deal with and process these things is just as unique. While we will each encounter our own struggles in life, I recognize that no one trauma is more or less significant than another, and our responses to our trauma experiences can often lead to internal isolation, external isolation, and additional stress that we often carry silently. I understand that internal strife comes with many presentations from many different places and experiences. Whether you are a first responder, military personnel, or someone with a traumatic childhood, these difficulties are something I’m extremely familiar with and would like to support you in your journey. Having lived a diverse life, my hope is that this will allow me to connect with you on a personal level and help you guide yourself in self-recovery. I believe that there are many potential treatments to pursue, and I will always tailor our time together for what might be best for you and your situation at that time. This is a collaborative relationship. I am a proud veteran from multiple military services and have experience working within both a hospital, acute care setting, and in community practice settings. I have been able to bring my knowledge and expertise to these environments, and I strive to meet each individual where they are and work together to help create the best possible outcomes for my clients. As a native Coloradan, I enjoy hiking, trailblazing, and sampling the amazing local cuisine. I also value ongoing learning and education and will be pursuing my doctorate degree to ensure that I am knowledgeable and up to date on current best practices. If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I'm here to support you. Let's work together to find the best path forward.
