I deeply honor and respect the courage it takes to seek help. As a therapist, I am passionate about my work and genuinely care about the individuals I support. It is my mission to assist others in facing their challenges and to help them live authentically, empowered, and self-aware lives. I would be honored to support you on your journey. In 2013, I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I have been working with individuals, families, and couples for the past 10 years. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, trauma, men's issues, and gambling addiction. Prior to establishing my private practice, I worked in community mental health, where I assisted numerous clients in achieving their goals. My primary objectives are to ensure you feel welcomed and understood, and to help you develop the insights necessary to move forward positively in your life. I am trained in, and primarily guided by, Solution-Focused and Trauma-Informed approaches to therapy.
