I hold licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, the District of Sondermind 10 - Columbia, and Virginia. My educational journey began with a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Webster University, followed by a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from Northcentral University. Currently, I am part of the SonderMind team, providing individual therapy part-time to school-age children, adolescents, and adults.
My therapeutic philosophy centers around creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with my clients to help them achieve their goals. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or navigating family and romantic relationships, I am here to support you. I also specialize in addressing multicultural and diversity issues, as well as providing support to military personnel and veterans.
