I offer transpersonal mindfulness-based counseling through the lens of Gestalt Therapy. In session, we focus on the here and now, a gentle journey of self-awareness and self-discovery. I'm passionate about helping you find personal freedom, inner peace, and empowerment. I incorporate art and drawing practices into sessions. My practice is grounded in Buddhist philosophy. If you're interested in deepening your connection to self and spirit, I'm here for it. My background includes practicing mindfulness for two decades, working with clients for eleven years, and working in transformational life coaching for the past decade. I've been a counselor for survivors of domestic violence and complex trauma. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and graduated from Naropa University with a master's degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Mental Health Counseling.
