I treat clients ages 18 to 65 with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, medication management, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, sleep issues, stress, trauma, women's issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I am experienced in using a strengths-based approach, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. You are truly the expert of your own experience but to decide to seek counseling is a brave act and a huge step towards improving your life. I can imagine that you are dealing with stress surrounding the situation or emotions that have brought you to the decision to seek help and I hope to assist you in working on creating skills that you can use to alleviate this stress.
