Psychotherapist

Depression, anxiety, and many other diagnoses are not unknown to individuals. We all experience the ebbs and flows of life, and it's okay to ask for support through it. From daily to ongoing stressors, I am here to support you! My goal is to provide support to you, and to uplift you through these periods. I focus on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to recognize and change negative feedback loops and behaviors, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to aid in navigating stressors and increase goal-directed behaviors, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) during session to aid in processing, healing, growth, and achieving goals you set for yourself. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, crisis management, and risk assessments. Additionally, I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and can support with substance use concerns/disorders. My background consists of crisis therapy. I have been a crisis therapist for over 2 years, and I have a strong passion for supporting and uplifting others. I completed my internship in 2022 working with survivors and family members from a mass incident that occurred in 2021. Throughout my internship, I broadened my knowledge and continued to learn and grow in order to support individuals in healing and processing. I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December of 2022 from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). I received my Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from CU Denver in 2019. Additionally receiving an Associate's in Psychology from Front Range Community College in 2018. I have had a passion for support and uplifting others since high school, which led me to my current career path. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to be vulnerable and discuss ongoing stressors. Let's start your healing journey!
