What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in an individualized approach and use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and emotional regulation techniques. We can also choose Accelerated Resolution Therapy which uses eye movements and guided imagery to address trauma or negative body sensations. I have learned to approach each client with empathy, respect, and a belief in their capacity for change, all while providing a safe and supportive space for healing, self-reflection, and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

With over 18 years of experience working with adults, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals understand and process their emotions in a meaningful way. By fostering open communication and providing practical tools, I empower clients to face challenges with confidence and resilience.
