I hold a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University and an M.S.W. from New York University. Currently, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and continue to serve as a Clinical Instructor at NYU, where I conduct research on human-equine interactions. My professional background includes working with children and adolescents, neurodiverse populations, individuals involved in the justice system, and those experiencing crises. My specialties include addressing anxiety, stress, addiction, autism spectrum support, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, depression, developmental disabilities, family relationships, grief/bereavement, medical issues/physical health, phobias, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy practicing yoga, exploring herbalism, and traveling.
