I take a collaborative, Humanistic, and strengths-based approach to therapy, helping clients gain insight into the experiences that have shaped them while developing practical tools for meaningful change. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can increase self-awareness, build on their strengths, improve relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
