I offer a warm, relatable, and expansive space to process your life. I have a social work background in child and family welfare which facilitates my understanding of supporting individuals within systems; we do not exist in a vacuum! Since completing my degree, I have dedicated an enormous amount of time and energy into navigating my own postpartum experiences and the early years of my children's lives. Six years of parenting has breathed life into my understanding of attachment relationships. I work well with individuals who are experiencing symptoms of ADHD, depression, anxiety, and loss of identity-particularly in response to major life transitions. I have special interest in the experiences of caregivers. My deepest desire is to support you as you explore your mind-body connection. Drawing on Internal Family Systems theory, I will orient you to your own unique somatic experience and compassionately guide you towards the agency that is your birthright.
