Congrats on the first brave step, acknowledging that something in your life needs to change. Through my experiences, I developed a continuing passion for treating individuals who are working toward optimal development. In facilitating treatment; I utilize a client-centered approach as well as strategies of prevention, intervention, and remediation to assist in developing effective coping skills and responses to the environment. In addition, I will employ my 13 years of experience as a clinical mental health counselor as well as a variety of clinical settings from outpatient to residential, with diverse populations in therapy sessions. Through my experiences, I've developed a continuing passion for treating individuals who are working toward optimal development. Embarking in therapy will challenge you to grow and expand. My clients often describe me as empathic, warm, and hands-on. As your therapist, I will collaborate with you to form a new path toward healing.
