Now, I would like to share information about myself that may help you decide if I am the right counselor for you. I am currently licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC), which means I have met the rigorous academic and professional standards set by our state and national certification boards. I specialize in a range of treatment services and am the owner of Divine Destiny Counseling & Consulting, LLC, where I provide therapeutic services in Kingstree, SC. I am a graduate of Limestone University with a Bachelor of Social Work and Webster University with a Master of Arts in Counseling. I am currently a doctoral student at Capella University pursuing my Doctorate of Psychology. I serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. I began my career working with the Department of Social Services in Human Services as a Foster Home Licensing Case Manager, where I received certification in both Child Protective Services and Adult Protective Services. I later worked as a Social Worker for Child Protective Services and Adult Protective Services for five years. After obtaining my Master of Arts degree in Counseling, I pursued a career in counseling and was employed with Santee Wateree Mental Health Center as a DSS Liaison and Mental Health Counselor, serving the DSS population, including children and adolescents. I broadened my expertise by working with Alcohol and Drug Abuse as a Clinical Addictions Counselor, providing individual, family, and group counseling services to individuals and families in the community.
