Psychotherapist
3075 N Swan Rd, #207, Tucson, AZ
Clients often come to me feeling stuck—whether from past trauma, unhealed wounds, or repeating patterns in relationships. They seek clarity, emotional regulation, and deeper connections. Their goal is to break free from old cycles and create more meaningful, authentic relationships with themselves and others. I primarily use psychoanalytic approaches, EMDR, and expressive arts, but our work together is a collaboration. We’ll explore your patterns, process cognitive and emotional experiences, and decide how to integrate that journey into your story for meaningful change. I understand how challenging it can be to take the first step toward therapy. I’m here to listen without judgment and work with you at your pace. If you’re ready to explore your story and create meaningful change, I’d love to hear from you and see how we can begin this journey together.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help clients work through trauma, identity, and relational patterns by exploring the roots of their pain and building new ways of relating to themselves and others. Treatment may involve EMDR, depth-oriented talk therapy, and creative processing. Clients often gain insight, regulation, and a greater sense of self-trust.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use psychoanalytically informed, relational therapy alongside EMDR and expressive arts. Your experience will be collaborative, reflective, and grounded in curiosity. We'll explore patterns, process emotion, and stay open to what emerges. There's room for complexity, humor, and honesty as we work toward meaningful change.
