I am here to listen and partner with you as you pursue personal goals, overcome trauma, heal relationship hurts, navigate career transitions, grieve, grow, and manage emotional highs and lows. I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a Master's in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from William & Mary.
