Kristen Zhu earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University in 2021, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. Kristen specializes in supporting children, individuals, through a trauma-informed, relational lens. Her approach is grounded in Synergetic play therapy, EMDR therapy, and the Gottman Method, blending neuroscience with compassion to help clients feel safe, seen, and empowered.
