My therapeutic style is to validate and support you while challenging you to reach your therapeutic goals. My clients typically start services to heal from trauma, depression, and anxiety. I guide my clients to find solutions in the context of their current life situation and experiences. I help my clients develop a variety of coping skills and tools to manage their symptoms and begin their healing process. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and hold a Master's Degree in Social Work. Prior to private practice, I worked in the child welfare field and the mental health agency, helping children, adolescents, and families in Colorado.
