What should a new client know about working with you?

Together, we’ll customize each session to help you effectively achieve your therapeutic goals. Trained in a wide range of evidence-based practices from around the world, I incorporate modalities like EMDR, somatic techniques, CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT, and psychodynamic psychology.
