Meredith specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, sexuality, spirituality, and identity formation. She is equipped to support trans and gender-questioning individuals. Meredith is especially interested in helping patients investigate patterns that create feelings of being “stuck,” as well as parts of the self that feel incongruous. Meredith sees therapy as a collaboration toward your self-exploration and healing. Her approach is, above all else, to be with you with thoughtful attention and genuine curiosity.
