Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of working in various settings including non-profits, residential treatment centers, criminal justice, outpatient care, and schools. These experiences have shaped my understanding and approach to therapy, allowing me to support clients from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Addictions Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor, which means I also provide guidance and support to other mental health professionals. I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of addiction, ADHD, depression, family relationships, grief, stress, trauma, and more. I particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults who are going through some of the most challenging years of their lives.
