I work with diverse adult individuals of all ages. I have helped clients tame their perfectionism, get out of depressive ruts, invigorate their social lives, grieve losses, adapt to big changes, communicate effectively, and live their best lives with ADHD, ASD, and Bipolar. Before becoming a therapist, I earned a Bachelor's and a Master's in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and later completed my Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College. I was an environmental engineer prior to transitioning into therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am here to help you fill your life with more of what matters most to you! Together, we might address things like self-care, relationships, adjusting to change, getting out of your head, or gaining control over trauma responses.
