I've had the opportunity to work closely with families facing the unique challenges of having a child with a developmental disability. This includes not only supporting the child but also guiding the family through the complexities that come with it. Additionally, I have experience in assisting parents navigating divorce or separation, helping them develop parenting plans and visitation schedules that comply with Arizona state requirements. My specialties include Anger Management, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Adolescent & Teen Mental/Behavioral Health, Depression, Developmental Disabilities, Family Relationships, Grief/Bereavement, Phobias, PTSD, Stress, Trauma, and OCD. I believe in a collaborative approach, working in partnership with you to create a tailored plan that meets your unique needs. Outside of my professional life, I value the importance of balance and self-care, which I encourage in my practice as well.
