“I highly recommend Michael. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and dedicated. He’s the first therapist I ever truly connected with. Michael taught me to not only be gentle with myself but to also be firm with myself on my journey to wellness. He actually showed me (over time) that life itself is a journey and that the path isn’t always straight and it isn’t always easy but is always manageable when I use the life tools I learned in our sessions. He allowed me the time and space to figure most of this out on my own and for that I’m very grateful. ”

I was extremely satisfied with the therapy I received from Michael. Michael does a phenomenal job of listening to me and helping me understand my feelings. Sometimes they are difficult to pinpoint and he does an amazing job of identifying and helping me understand them. Michael is engaging and interactive. It has made a positive difference to me. Thank you very much for this.
As a patient of over 3 years, I can confidently say Michael has been wonderful. He helped change my life and continues to do so.
Michael is a fantastic, empathetic therapist who’s thoughtful but also disciplined. He has great suggestions for how to tackle any given problem. And I’ve been with him for years.
Without a doubt the best therapist I have ever seen. Totally amazing to me how much I have improved and grown under his wise and kind therapy.
Michael is a compassionate and caring therapist. I always found him to be very active in our sessions. He gave feedback on a consistent basis and had appropriate valuable suggestions which helped me make good decisions for my recovery. Other therapists I have seen in the past would just listen and "yes" me! This is not Michael's approach. He was provactive in the best sense and asked me challenging questions. Eventually, this enabled me to ask those questions for myself.
Michael is supportive, attentive and very insightful. He has helped me immensly in improving my family relationships and provides practical and useful skills. I leave my sessions feeling less anxious and more positive.
