This means that my approach to therapy involves acknowledging the reality of your internal world first and foremost. That who you are is both unique and complex, and also accessible and relatable. That therapy is ultimately additive, a process that promotes growth through increased awareness, acceptance, and understanding. I view my role as a psychotherapist as being a steward for those endeavoring to enter intentionally into a place of meaning, self-reflection, and healing. I view it as a privilege to share in the life experiences of my clients. Together, stuck patterns of thought and emotion can be explored, worked through, and integrated into a broader sense of awareness and self-understanding.
