I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR Trauma Recovery Therapy and Ego Strength Therapy, to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and experiences. I earned my degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and went on to complete my Master's in Clinical Counseling at Argosy University in Phoenix, AZ. With over a decade of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including extensive work with Native American communities. My professional journey includes 2 years of clinical work in Utah, 4 years in Arizona, and 4 years in private practice specializing in trauma therapy for youth, adults, couples, and groups. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona, I specialize in a wide range of areas including ADHD, adolescent and teen mental health, anger management, anxiety, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, children's mental health, depression, dissociative disorders, gender identity, grief and bereavement, intimate relationships, life transitions, military and veteran support, multicultural issues, narcissistic personality disorder, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, sleep disorders, somatic symptom disorder, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, trauma, and traumatic brain injury.
