I am excited to meet you and find how I can best help you achieve your goals, understand your emotions, and be the best version of you. Exploring and navigating your path to how you want to live is what I strive to provide. Mindfulness and acceptance are keys to approaching emotional regulation and tolerating the stressors in life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I want to understand who you are, what you want to be different, and where you want to go. From there, we build skills and a way to approach life to make it worth living.
