Everyone needs something different out of therapy, which is why I insist on moving at the depth and pace that is appropriate for you. Whether you have been to therapy before or this is your very first time, I am here to meet you where you are in this very moment; to listen, reflect, support, and help facilitate change and growth. I believe that therapy should be conversational in nature and I focus on person-centered and solution-focused therapies to facilitate managing stress and anxiety, work through trauma, process grief, navigate depression, and explore relationships.
