I believe in conversational therapy and take an integrative approach with a focus on client-centered and psychodynamic modalities to help facilitate emotional awareness and exploration, stress management and anxiety regulation. I have a history of training in grief and trauma, areas where I specialize and am a graduate of Regis University with a Master's in Counseling.
