Hello, I’m Michael Zone, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and my practice is built for anyone who has ever felt completely stuck, trapped in their own head, or paralyzed by the unexpected turns of life. I don’t believe therapy should feel like a cold, clinical lecture, and I don't treat people like broken machines that need to be fixed. My practice is an active, collaborative partnership designed to help you reclaim your freedom, your agency, and your life from the overwhelming storms of anxiety, depression, OCD, or trauma. Together, we work to strip away the exhausting noise and focus on what it takes to move forward with dignity, purpose, and clarity—regardless of what the internal weather is doing. Please note: My practice is designed solely for anxiety and behavioral growth. I do not treat active suicidal ideation, self-injury, eating disorders, substance abuse, or bipolar cycles. If you are experiencing these, please seek a higher, specialized level of care. I provide a direct, collaborative approach focused on helping you regain control over your daily actions and choices, even when your emotional distress is highly elevated. My goal is to help you build functional routines and act effectively in your everyday life, rather than waiting for your symptoms to completely disappear before you start making progress.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
