Michaela Vogt, LPC

Psychotherapist
8500 W Bowles Ave., Ste 315, Littleton, CO
Hello, I'm Mikki. I earned my undergraduate degree in Research and Behavioral Psychology at the University of the Pacific, focusing on psychology, the law, and criminal justice. Later, I pursued my Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology at the University of Denver. Now, I'm proud to be working as a licensed therapist and addictions counselor in the state of Colorado. My therapeutic approach is very client-centered and strengths-based, drawing from both Eastern and Western ideologies. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative journey, where we work together to uncover your strengths and build upon them. The interventions I use are rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness and Meditation. These methods help in addressing various challenges, from addiction and anxiety to depression and trauma. I also believe in the power of universal energy and incorporate this belief into my holistic therapy approach. This means that I see you as a whole person, considering your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in our work together. Whether you're dealing with life transitions, family relationships, or seeking to manage stress and anger, I'm here to support you. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we can navigate the complexities of life and work towards a more balanced and fulfilling future. If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I invite you to reach out. Let's embark on this journey together.
