I live on a ranch where I enjoy family/yoga/nature. My therapy approach is Jungian/person-centered/hypnotherapy/integrate various holistic tools.I believe we all have the tools we need within to live our best life; we just need guidance to tap into these.I provide an honest; kind ear; an inexhaustible belief in the human spirit's ability to grow & change & that we are able to awaken our truest & healthiest self.We are taught & conditioned by society to constantly seek healing outside of ourselves.The power to heal our wounds; to find our worth; to fully/unapologetically love ourselves is ours & always has been.
