Hello, I'm Michelle. I view myself as a partner in your journey toward achieving your mental health goals. I listen deeply, to both what is and what is not said, and I bring an open and non-judgmental approach to create safety and trust within our relationship. My background experience includes addressing both childhood and adult attachment wounds, using knowledge of neurobiology to address struggles with anxiety and depression, and bolstering emotional awareness and resilience through mindfulness and grounding exercises. I hold a Master's degree and am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified Addiction Counselor I. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples struggling with fertility, peri- and post-partum mood disorders, and the adjustments of becoming a parent. My areas of expertise include anxiety and mood disorders such as depression, resolving struggles related to attachment and interpersonal trauma, enhancing couples’ relationships, and supporting new parents through peri- and postnatal adjustments and disorders. Many of my clients complete therapy with a deeper sense of confidence, a more complex understanding of their own emotional and behavioral patterns, and a renewed sense of joy and authenticity. Couples who have completed work with me report a deeper sense of connection and understanding within their relationship. I provide all services in English through telehealth appointments. I am pleased to offer services to individuals, families, and couples. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey toward mental wellness.
