I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 13 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, in 2013. Over the course of my career, I have worked with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma.

What should a new client know about working with you?

For the past nine years, I have specialized in working with military service members and their families, including the Special Operations community. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for the unique demands of military life and the impact of both acute and complex trauma. I am passionate about helping clients process difficult experiences, develop resilience, and move toward healing. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I also enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate the challenges of growing up, finding their identity, and building a path forward. Whether you are facing a difficult season, struggling with past experiences, or seeking personal growth, I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, build confidence, and create lasting positive change.
