Ara is a licensed psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting clients to deepen their relationship with themselves and, as a result, deepen their capacity to feel a sense of confident closeness with loved ones in their lives. In addition to her training in multiple evidence based psychotherapy models, Ara is a certified Neurosculpting® facilitator, yoga and movement instructor, meditation teacher, and intimacy guide. Her specialty is working with applied neuroscience, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness to help her clients learn to regulate their nervous systems so that they have more and more access to the executive functions of their brains, and a deeper ability to become the version of themselves they aspire to be. She believes that we all need support to grow.
