Miles Cook, LPC

Psychotherapist
CO
Hello, I'm Miles. I began my career working with victims of crime, current and past abuse, and identity-based violence. As a proudly neurodivergent mental health practitioner, I've had the privilege of working with individuals navigating late-diagnosis ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression. My approach to therapy is rooted in a variety of techniques including EMDR, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Existential techniques, and Mindfulness-based CBT. These methods allow me to tailor our work together to best meet your unique needs and goals. I firmly believe that therapy can help us break free from cycles of dysfunction and distress. Often, we wait for external wake-up calls to make needed changes in our lives. I invite you to not wait any longer. Whatever you’re struggling with, now is a great time to create deeper, more meaningful connections with yourself and live your fullest life. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your experiences and feelings are validated. My goal is to support you in discovering your strengths and developing strategies to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're dealing with family relationships, intimate/romantic relationships, grief, or navigating life transitions, I'm here to help. Outside of my professional life, I value authenticity, empathy, and continuous learning. These values guide my practice and help me connect with clients on a deeper level. I understand the importance of feeling seen and heard, and I strive to create that environment for everyone I work with. If you're ready to take the next step towards a more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you. Let's work together to uncover your potential and achieve your goals.
