I've worked in the counseling field for over 14 years in both private & clinic settings. My educational background includes a Bachelor's in Sociology and a Master's in Counseling.I know that no single approach is right for everyone therefore I believe in flexibility; & I have specialized training in a variety of evidenced based approaches. In my spare time; I love being outdoors & spending time with family. I also love reading; good music; horse riding; SEC football; & building my yoga practice.
