What should a new client know about working with you?

I accept new client/patient from 15 years old and older. My counseling approach is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based interventions to help clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and achieve meaningful personal growth. I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling and Development from George Mason University and have 8 years of experience working in outpatient and community mental health settings. My goal is to help clients develop healthier thought patterns, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen their confidence in managing everyday challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but taking the first step is a sign of strength. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, balance, and self-discovery.
