Hello, I'm Mollie. Do you ever feel anxious and unable to focus? Do you experience the feeling of dread or overwhelm and are not able to overcome those feelings? Have you experienced a death, loss, or other traumatic event and are having a difficult time navigating and processing those emotions? If you have experienced any of these feelings or issues and would like help navigating to become a healthier and stronger version of yourself and to take back control of your life, I would love to help. Through the use of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I help clients navigate symptoms of anxiety, conflict, overwhelm, grief, and trauma. I love helping and watching my clients become the best versions of themselves so they can navigate life confidently. I became a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist after experiencing the positive effects of unconditional positive regard through my own therapy and recognizing that we all could benefit from having that type of support in our lives. I love that I get to be that support for others while also confronting the difficult topics that need to be discussed. My approach to therapy is authentic and honest, and I will always be there to offer the support needed while we tackle and address the uncomfortable and difficult issues. If you would like to set up an intake, please contact me. The first step is to book a consult call to make sure I am a good fit for you. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey to well-being.
