Getting to know Mollie Eliasof

Life will always have complications, especially when you have a high-demanding career. How you move through those moments, in your relationships and for your well-being-that's up to you. Dealing with stress, major life changes, and relationship issues can make anyone stop for a beat. The impact of internal emotions and the logistics of managing the situation can feel dense and complex. I like to help support you in finding your own version of simplicity. We walk together (well, virtually) through what's going on, where you are stuck, and move toward where you want to go. In the process, I do my best to use humor, 15 years of experience, and education-including a Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's from New York University-as well as approaches like CBT, Gottman, EFT, and Solution-focused therapy. I tailor my methods to who you are and what you're aiming to achieve. I am straightforward, as time is precious, and aim for an empathetic approach. I am happy to connect for a consult. If I am not the right fit, I am always happy to make recommendations! Talk soon.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I adapt to who I am working with and what they want to get from the experience. We openly will talk about the process together, as I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I also will often provide information about resources that could be additionally supportive outside the work, if you choose!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will do our best each time to make the most of the time. Using the overarching goals of yours, we will focus on the most pressing topic to move towards where you want to be.
