What should a new client know about working with you?

Together we will create a space where we can talk about anything. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transitions, loss, chronic pain or any other of life’s challenges, I am here to listen and support you as we explore all parts of yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we will work to understand what unique challenges you are facing in your present, that may be influenced by pieces of your history. By gaining a deeper sense of yourself and tuning out the outside noise, you become more attuned to your own inner compass to guide yourself when facing life’s many opportunities and challenges. Our work together will help you to develop a curiosity about yourself to aid you in pursuing a fulfilling life.
