“I’ve worked with several therapists over the years, and Monica truly stands out. She’s the first therapist I’ve felt a genuine connection with. Her compassion and insight consistently make me feel seen and understood, and our work together has helped me feel hopeful in a way I hadn’t before. I look forward to our sessions because they feel like a safe, supportive space to really go deeper. I’m very grateful for her care and would recommend her to anyone on a healing journey, especially those working toward greater self-understanding and self-acceptance.”

I suffer from Depression and anxiety and have seen Monica for the last six months. She has helped me identify the looping and negative thoughts that lead to my sadness and loathing. I was so committed to blaming the world for my feelings rather than realizing that it’s the thoughts that I ruminate over. I am compelled to write this review because other therapists just let me continue to dive into my thoughts rather than help me find out why I’ve been addicted to those thoughts.
Monica was easy to relate to, insightful, and equally important I felt completely comfortable sharing with her. It is nice to have finally found a therapist who really makes a difference.
Monica was an absolute joy to work with. I felt comfortable sharing personal details about myself and my life, while knowing that she would be empathetic and have great insight into what was going on. She asked great questions and the amount of growth I experienced in such a short amount of time is palpable. I highly recommend Monica and certainly hope that our paths cross again in the future!

I have been working with Monica for a little over a year now and through our work together I have made great progress in improving the quality of my life.
In my work with Monica I've always felt seen, heard, and most importantly, safe. She is non-judgmental, caring, and so kind. I continue to grow as a result of my work with her and for that I am truly grateful.
Finding a therapist who is a good fit is a frustrating task. I am so glad I found Monica. I feel like she's on my side and really cares about our session work together.
Monica is so warm and compassionate. She really helped me work through intense anxiety during a particularly stressful time in life. I'm grateful and highly recommend her!
