I use various methods to help individuals access their strengths and achieve therapeutic goals. The therapeutic relationship and communication in a safe environment are essential to the process. I work with individuals aged 18 and up, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and life stress. Specializing in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, parent adjustment, birth trauma and/or loss, and parents of infants in the NICU.
