I am a psychodynamic-oriented therapist with a special interest in early childhood attachment and its impact on present-day relationships. I am also basic-trained in EMDR and equipped to provide EMDR virtually. I believe in an empowerment-based approach, recognizing that even our maladaptive coping mechanisms are strategies developed to help us survive life's challenges. I like to reframe negative beliefs clients hold about themselves and their coping methods into strengths, then collaborate with them on strategies to achieve desired changes.
