Hello. I am Dr. Monique Lilakos, DSW, LCSW. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 27 years of experience. I work with people across the lifespan: adolescents, adults, and families. Many of my clients have found great success managing life challenges. I am particularly sensitive to clients facing issues related to mental health, finding life resources, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression trauma, life coaching and family wellness. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma and Family Systems Theory, which are evidence-based approaches to treatment that focus on helping clients holistically, mind, body, and spirit. I focus on ensuring that my clients see real progress. My style is interactive, non-judgmental, and I work to position my clients as experts on where they are now and where they want to go. A trauma-informed therapist and life coach, I am sensitive to the influence of past experiences on present challenges and work closely with clients to rename the narrative of their life in a way that increases self-confidence and compassion.
