What should a new client know about working with you?

Your therapy experience should be tailored to your unique needs and goals. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, with an emphasis on helping you uncover patterns, understand your emotions, and make meaningful changes. I balance introspection with practical skill-building, empowering you to navigate your world with greater confidence and resilience. Mindfulness plays a central role in our work, helping you slow down and notice the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that often go unnoticed. This awareness is the first step in creating a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values. Whether you’re here to strengthen a relationship, cope with anxiety or depression, or tackle life transitions, our sessions will focus on the steps that move you closer to the life you want to lead.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session is a judgment-free zone where your story, emotions, and goals take center stage. Together, we will start by exploring what’s working in your life and where you feel stuck. In our first sessions, we’ll set clear goals based on what’s most important to you—whether it’s improving communication in a relationship, overcoming feelings of inadequacy, or learning how to manage overwhelming emotions. Sessions often involve exploring current challenges, identifying the beliefs or behaviors that may no longer serve you, and practicing new tools or strategies. My goal is to help you develop skills that not only address immediate concerns but also prepare you to face future challenges with resilience and self-assurance. I’m committed to offering accessible, effective care to individuals and couples who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. You don’t have to face these challenges alone—take the next step and let’s work together to help you feel more empowered, connected, and in control of your life.
