I am here to listen and lean in softly with a willingness to be moved. I strive to truly see, hear, understand, and accept you as we process life's challenges together and reconnect you to your body, mind, and emotions. Although therapy is a collaborative process, you are an expert in your own life. As a facilitator of healing and change, I am dedicated to holding space with curiosity and compassion as we uncover what is impeding your life. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University. **I provide therapeutic services only; I do not prescribe medications.**
