I firmly advocate for offering inclusive LGBTQIA+ affirmation and care. I aim to construct an environment where clients can be themselves without being judged, irrespective of whether they're on an identity quest, piecing together relationships, healing trauma, or learning to reconnect with themselves.
My method is cooperative, genial, and trauma-informed. I identify that every individual's coping strategies and patterns serve a purpose, even when they don't seem beneficial anymore. I don't focus on rectifying you or on shame. Instead, alongside clients, I strive to comprehend the emotions, experiences, and nervous system reactions that shape their existence. I use proven approaches customized for each person, aiding in devising coping mechanisms, enhancing emotional cognizance, improving relationships, and cultivating self-trust and stability.
I am particularly interested in working with individuals who grapple with personality disorders. My goal is to establish a safe therapeutic environment characterized by compassion, zero judgment, and authenticity.
