I began my journey in helping people manage symptoms of anxiety and depression as a social worker in nonprofits, where I served adults of all ages with chronic health conditions and older adults facing uncertainty as they navigate through new life stages. In 2012, I earned my Master’s in Social Work at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. This experience provided me with a deeper understanding of the societal forces that impact our mental health and well-being. As a licensed clinical social worker, I enjoy partnering with clients to find new meaning and purpose in their lives following emotional and physical hardships.
