My approach blends movement-based techniques with evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and somatic practices. Sessions are always tailored to your unique needs, whether through movement, conversation, or both, helping you feel more connected, confident, and empowered.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The journey of self-discovery, healing, and body liberation can be scary, and that is why my priority is to provide a thoughtful therapeutic setting that is committed to safety and healing as my clients explore their authentic selves and increase the connection of mind and body.
