Her passion is helping people get to where they want to be. she is experienced in depression, anxiety, relationships, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, acute stress, OCD, addiction, trauma and diagnostics. She takes a client centered approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, coping techniques and exposure therapy. She is behind where you are at and to get you to where you want to be. Her purpose is to get you to reach your goals, live a happier and more peaceful life. She wants to help you find coping to be able to feel safe and live happy. She will help you overcome obstacles and reach your full potential. She starts with a non judgmental approach to listen and provide a safe place to work toward resolutions through coping and regaining the control necessary to help develop calm and peace. This is the first step to feeling better. She is here to help, welcome and let’s begin.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
