Hi, I’m Nancy, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. With a Master’s in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and another in Education and Curriculum Design from California State University, San Bernardino, I bring both knowledge and experience to our work together. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #0015963) and National Certified Counselor (NCC #882646), I’m dedicated to offering high-quality support tailored to your needs. I’m also certified as a Grief Counselor Specialist (CGCS), Clinical Telemental Health Provider (CCTHP), Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and Depression & Mood Disorder Treatment Professional (CDMDTP). If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, hopeless, or struggling with loss or major life changes, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can work toward moving past the pain and creating a brighter future. I offer a safe, supportive space where we can explore life’s difficulties and discover new tools to improve your well-being. I help individuals and couples by focusing on four main goals: processing emotions and experiences that keep you stuck, improving communication skills, learning new coping strategies, and building resilience for the road ahead. At Mindful Solutions Counseling, I aim to increase self-awareness, highlight strengths, encourage positive changes, and help you live and connect to the fullest. The focus is on being proactive, reflective, and productive, building the courage and skills to thrive.
